Supporters and donors are the “angels” that provide the funds that enable Plateau Outreach Ministries to do its work. Grantors, community partners and volunteers enable us to issue vouchers that pay utility bills, rent, prescriptions or even gas or propane.

Grantors

We are very grateful to have partnered with King County for the last six years, through the Veterans, Seniors & Human Services Levy. Funds from this Levy help POM reach more seniors, veterans and vulnerable populations within our service area.

The Enumclaw Rotary Foundation has been supporting POM in many ways since 2009 with over $60,000 and countless volunteer hours ! We are truly grateful for their partnership in building a strong and vibrant community!

The City of Enumclaw provides funding for us to provide rental assistance and City of Enumclaw utility bill assistance to families in need in our community. We are also grateful for the City of Enumclaw’s generosity in opening up the space we use for the Enumclaw Food Bank.

The ELCA Domestic Hunger Grant provides funding for us to use for our food banks. We are grateful for their partnership in supporting our food banks.

The Department of Commerce has provided a generous grant for the purpose of purchasing diapers and wipes for distribution to families in need. We have been so grateful to offer this service to our community!

Washington State Department of Agriculture Resiliency Grant has offered funding for POM to acquire new computer software in addition to improving the quality and variety of food offered to those receiving services from POM. The dignity we are able to offer our clients in food choice is so appreciated!

South King County Food Coalition provides funding and support for our food banks through distribution of Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP) and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). We are grateful for the partnership we have with SKCFC!
